Vivek Bindra vs Sandeep Maheswari

Let's come straight to the point

I have 5 questions in this blog

5 burning questions

If Vivek Bindra is able to answer them

Then he will win

And Sandeep Maheshwari

will have to accept defeat

you must be aware

India's 2 biggest youtubers

are fighting each other

Their total fan following

is over 50 million

who have broken many records

they are in Guinness book of records as well

They are blaming each other

A disclaimer before starting the blog

This blog is not to defame anyone

Just asking some questions

Questions are simple

and their answers should not be hard

I am not going to use

anybody's photos or videos

I don't want to give them a loophole

that they can give me a strike with

This is straight heart to heart

If you want to listen to

an honest talk

read this blog till the end

Some days ago two youngsters

came to sandeep sir's show

and they spoke about

scam businesses in India

No names were mentioned

But the description was evident

And it was made clear in days to come

This blog is meant to go

One step ahead

Who is right and who is wrong?

Before we come to that

We have to ask right questions

If sandeep sir is reading this

and if you meet Vivek sir

ask him these questions

It is simple

If there is a product

If it is useful

Then it is not a scam

But if there is no product

He is just selling a dream,

Then this is a scam

Scam is not taking money and running away

Scam is selling people

by giving wrong information

Trapping people is a scam

Let's assume Vivek's company

is worth 500 crores

Does this company

Sell courses and seminars?

He said trainers show how to sell products

That means a product exists

What is it?

Is it a biscuit?

Gold? Silver?

Think about it

If a person comes to your place

Shows you his rolex watch

Asks you whether you want it

He asks only Rs 10,000 for it

He says I have a lot of them

I am bored of this watch

But the condition is

You have to buy it today

You get confused

you think you are getting

A rolex in Rs 10,000

Let's buy it

A few days later you discover

That rolex was fake

You find him and grab his collar

He tells you

The last one was fake

But the one I am wearing today is real

If you want to learn

how I got this one

Come with me

He takes you to a seminar

Over there they teach you

How to sell fake Rolex watches

and make money

This is a scam

How to identify it?

By understanding how the company

makes money

If a company sells a product

They should make most of their revenue

by selling the product

not through marketing activities

Seminars should be a very small part

How is the company making money?

This is the most important question

That in his programmes

Billionaires come and teach

I read and reread this blog

and confirmed he said Billionaires

I wondered how many billionaires are there in India?

and all of them are well known faces

So I have a simple question for Vivek sir

Who are the Billionaires coming to your seminars?

Adani? Ambani? who?

This is a simple factual question

If I get the answer

I will believe this is not a scam

Bindra says his business is not MLM

Because there are no multiple levels

There is just one connection

The branch and the affiliate

MLM has multiple levels

and over here there is just one level

Let's believe him for a second

But checkout this timestamp

That an affiliate has a boss

he has a trainer

he has a manager

he has a sales head

he has a regional head

there is a head office

there are channel partners

there are regional offices

What are these things?

Aren't these stages of a pyramid?

Vivek ji admitted later on

That in May there was some misselling

He says every person is trained

for 15/20 days

Don't they teach how to not missell?

He said

They have 730 rules

can I see these rules?

If you got to Taj hotel

If the receptionist is rude to you

It is not Tata's fault

but management is at fault as well

System is at fault

and this system needs to change

Firing that receptionist is not a solution

If one receptionist is rude

and customer complains

that means

100 other receptionists can be making

the same mistakes

Just the customer chose not to complain

It is not about the person

It is about the system

Punishing just the person is incorrect

The system needs to change

Let's give him a benefit of doubt

Assume misselling was a mistake

When does this happen?

When there is an incentive attached

Incentive means lies

and lies mean ponzi scheme

Insurance agents come to your place

and sell you a scheme

They don't care about your benefit

Did you know

50% of your first policy premium

goes to your agent as a commission

Their loyalty is towards their comission

I am sure you must have been sold

a wrong policy like this

But that doesn't mean

the whole industry is a scam

IRDA knows this is happening

But they allow them

This is a whole different topic

We will write a blog about it

But we have to focus on the commission factor here

When there is a commission there are targets

and agents lie to meet the targets

This is very unethical

I don't know anything about business

But if I had a 500 crore business

I would do one thing

If my product was geniune

I would pay my employees a fixed salary

I would pay a good salary

assume 1,00,000 a month

But I would fix it

If I have to incentivize them

It would be a fraction of the amount

10k/ 20k

So that they stay motivated

But if my product is no good

I would keep their salary low

and incentive very high

So that they are over motivated

and they lie and sell no matter what

If a creator says I am scamming people

I would respond logically not emotionally

Without personal attacks

When people stoop so low

we must understand they are defenceless

The other person is right

That's why the person is offended

In this interview

vivek ji admits

Around 1000 or 2000 people were missold

Out of 2 lakh candidates this is a small number

But it means the world to the victims

The first step should've been addressing that

Not privately - publically

Admitting this mistake should've been the first step

He could've solved the conflict in one move

Now he has given an email id

Where people can send their details

and apply for a refund

Why not do this before?

Vivek ji admits that he knew about it since May 2023

Why not act immediately?

Why wait for Sandeep sir's video?

Why was the IBC model closed after that

apparantly the model was stopped in June

What happened to the existing IBCs?

Were they unemployed since June to December?

did they not pressurize you to be faster?

Were they not concerned about their income?

In the interview he says he will bring a new programme

Why delay it?

Why was he waiting for Sandeep sir's video?

Why was his first response a personal attack?

He said Sandeep sir's

Business Mastery series was not performing well

That's why he took this topic

Vivek sir believes this is happening for views

This makes no sense to me

Why would views matter to him?

There is no incentive for him

Imagesbazaar - his main business

Is a website for stock photos and videos

That website will never tell you

Buy a photo to support Sandeep sir

If you are a true fan

then prove it by buying a photo

what do I mean?

It means his YT channel and business

are two separate things

with no link in the middle

Then why take this risk?

Why get involved in legal battles?

Why would sandeep sir take this risk?

Maybe he thought what is happening is wrong

and one must talk about it

I think the logic is just that

are my questions correct?

and in the end as we are talking

I have 2 extra questions

The first one is for ASCI

This whole misselling is happening in public

they are getting crores of views daily

Why no action is being taken?

Same question for YouTube as well

How can YouTube permit this?

Making false promises and conducting seminars

and then cheating them

allegedly

is okay by YT community standards?

These questions are important

Because the target is never a person

There are many like him

That teach you sales under the name of business

and the last question

Is for the audience

It is for audience's greed

Why do people fall for this?

people are not stupid

people are greedy

People see those around them doing well

then even I can

People are not that innocent

Most of them understand when they enter

What they are getting into

They just feel

They will benefit from this

and that's why they go

People are not naive

People come from a mentality

They come from an expectation

the company fails them

and they fail themselves too

Maybe Vivek sir will stop after this

and start something new

But the malpractices won't stop

till people stop falling for them

the point is simple

Selling courses is not wrong

selling them wrong dreams

is wrong

Every business should claim what they can offer

Advertising is infamous for tall claims

Shampoo won't make your hair grow

it just cleans it

But you won't buy a simple shampoo

This whole industry needs a change

We need to ask right questions

I have a request to make

If you find these questions logical

Help us reach Sandeep sir and Vivek sir

Asking questions is never wrong

Constitution allows it

This is not illegal or defamatory

and sharing this important message with you

Makes a difference to me
